The post meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 6:30 PM
at the Depot in Palmer Lake

Post Officers are elected annually at the first regular meeting in April, and take office at the first meeting after the Department Convention, typically the July meeting. The term of office is for one year. The exception is the Board of Trustees members, which have a three-year term, rotating so one is elected each year.




The Executive Committee consists of the Post Commander, Sr. Vice Commander, Jr. Vice Commander, Finance Office, Adjutant, Past Commander, and two elected representatives. The Commander with the approval of the Executive Committee appoints committee leads and other non-elected positions, including the Service Officer.

Volunteers are needed to lead other Post committees and to take ownership of Post activities and functions. Among the committee lead needs are for Constitution and By-Laws, Entertainment, Membership, and Public Relations. A volunteer may also lead a single activity such as Flag Retirement Ceremony, Veterans Day Parade, JrROTC Presentations, and more.  To volunteer, please contact the Post Commander or a member of the Executive Committee.
